How To Alter Your Fonts & Typography
Simply go to the Customizer and click on the “Typography” panel. Here you can select the part of your site to edit, modify accordingly then save your changes. So easy!
By default the Diamond WordPress theme does not use any font-smoothing on the site. A lot of themes add font-smoothing by default but it’s really a bad habit because it can cause specific fonts to render very poorly and should only be used in specific cases.
If you with to enable font-smoothing though it’s very easy via a single option in the Customizer and will make your fonts look “thinner” particularly in webkit browsers such as Chrome.
Go to Appearance > Customize > Typography > General > Font Smoothing to enable.
When working with the Visual Composer sometimes you may want to add white text, however, when selecting code in the default WordPress editor and making it white you can’t see it! So the Diamond theme has a built-in style that’s very easy to use to make text white on the front-end but still keep it black in the editor so it can be edited easily.
The best part is that this isn’t a shortcode, it adds a span around your text with a special class that applies the white color to the text. This means it can be easily edited via CSS globally and it’s more efficient.
